Shipping Policy

At Noor Gold Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday
  • Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location in Pakistan.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to:

  • Remote delivery areas
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays or unexpected circumstances

Shipping Charges

  • Orders below PKR 2,000 will be charged a flat shipping fee of PKR 200
  • Orders of PKR 2,000 or above qualify for free shipping

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by SMS or email. You can use this tracking number to track your parcel through the courier service.

Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver your orders across Pakistan.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure that your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout. Noor Gold Cosmetics will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
